If you wish to permanently close your account and remove your data from our platform, please follow these steps within the mobile app.
Log In: Open the BiteExpress App and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Access the Menu: Tap the Menu icon located at the bottom right corner of the home screen.
Go to Profile: Select Profile from the list of menu options.
Initiate Deletion: Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings and tap Delete Account.
Verify & Confirm: For your security, you will be prompted to confirm your password. Enter your password and tap the Delete button to finalize the process.

What happens next? Once you confirm the deletion, your account access will be revoked immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved addresses, order history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our active database.
